Chip Newell

Stewart P. (Chip) Newell has been in a principal position in the real estate development business for over 30 years. He has been associated with residential, communities, hotels, office buildings and retail real estate. These days, Chip gives much of his time to non profits in Maine. He is on the board of CEI and CVI, the board and Treasurer of the Maine Center of Economic Development (MECEP), board and Treasurer of Community Housing of Maine (CHOM) and serves on the Maine Community Foundation Cumberland County Committee.
