Erin Cooperrider has joined NewHeight group. Erin will continue but decrease in her role as Development Director at Community Housing of Maine where she’s been for more than 10 years, helping to grow the organization’s asset base from $5 million to more than $70 million using low income housing tax credits, state and federal historic tax credits, grants, loans, and private equity.
Tom Federle has joined NewHeight Group as a development partner. Prior to joining NewHeight Group, Tom served as its legal counsel through the land acquisition, permitting, construction, and sales phases of 118 on Munjoy Hill, a 12-unit condominium project. Tom has led the permitting effort applying Portland’s new Form Based Code and Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance to NewHeight Groups newest development project, Luminato. Tom runs his law practice, specializing in real estate development and land use law, from his office at 254 Commercial Street in Portland.
